When your network is down and business stops, this becomes priority work. Emergency calls cost more because they interrupt scheduled jobs, require immediate dispatch, and often happen outside normal working hours.

• Emergency dispatch fee: $150–$300
• Emergency hourly rate: $175/hr
• Best effort response: same day / next day depending on active jobs

Emergency pricing reflects schedule disruption, travel priority, and after-hours availability — not higher profit. If it can wait, we’ll book normal priority to keep your cost lower.
